How to read results
- Results are worded as possibilities — "Likely Hungry", "Possible Discomfort" — never as certainties.
- A result only appears after three consistent predictions above the confidence threshold.
- Room noise, distance and microphone quality all change accuracy — recalibrate when the setup changes.
- Your own observation of the baby always takes priority over the app.
What CrySense does not do
- It does not detect illness, pain levels or medical conditions.
- It is not a breathing, movement or vital-sign monitor.
- It is not a replacement for adult supervision.
Privacy
Audio is classified on the device wherever possible. Recordings are only stored when you explicitly confirm permission, always carry source and license metadata, and can be exported or deleted at any time from the Data Library.
